2. Booking and Confirmation

All tour bookings are subject to confirmation by our company. Once you submit your booking request through our online platform or by written communication, our team will review your request and contact you through our official company email address for confirmation and further arrangements.

• No prices are displayed on the website. Tour costs will be communicated directly by our representatives after reviewing your specific travel plan and preferences.
• A booking is considered valid only after mutual agreement between the client and the company.
• Payment instructions and details will be shared via our official company email once the booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

All cancellations or changes to confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing through our official company email. Any modification or cancellation will be handled on a mutual agreement basis between the client and the company.

• As each tour is customized, refund or rescheduling options will be communicated individually upon request.
• We encourage clients to contact us as early as possible if changes are needed to allow for flexible arrangements.

Our company will not be responsible for cancellations or schedule changes caused by external factors such as airline delays, government restrictions, or natural events within Ethiopia.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, visas, and health certificates are valid and up-to-date. Non-Ethiopian visitors must ensure they have the necessary entry permits to Ethiopia.

5. Safety and Responsible Conduct
